Now Accepting New Custom Blog Design Clients!

I'm finishing my current waitlist and will be done prior to (hopefully) Christmas. I'm going to take some much needed time off from designing in January, but will resume designing in February. I may create some new pre-design templates during this time, but not many. I'm now taking clients for Februrary. I'm taking one each week for a total of 4. At this moment, I'm not sure how many I'm going to take for March. I will be done with cheerleading at that time, but wedding plans will still need to be completed, so I will take a look at my schedule when it gets closer.

January 2015- Price Increase

I never thought I would receive so much interest in my designs. I have had the opportunity to work with over 40 fabulous people to create their unique design. Your interest in my work is so heartwarming! Thank you so much!

If you follow me on my teaching blog or Instagram, you know that I am recently engaged. To help save for our wedding, I have decided to increase my custom blog design price from $25 to $35 starting with January 2015 designs. I was very hesitant to do this, because one of the things I really pride myself in is high quality work at a very affordable price. Most designers I  have seen start around $100 for a basic package. I offer a completely custom, unique to you, design for over half that! I will now require a $20 deposit, then the final balance of $15 prior to installation.

I hope you are understanding of my price change and continue to show interest in my work.

Updates!!

As of July 20th, 2014, I'm currently not starting new designs until after I return from vacation on August 1st. See sidebar to the right to see my list of clients, and where you would fall on my list.

Also, due to the overwhelming amount of interest, I have to begin limiting the number of designs I do a month, which will be 4-5. I already have 5 for August and 4 for September, so I'm taking clients for October and on. You will notice in the Google form, the first question is for the month of your design. I will be updating this as spots are filled. I hate to do this, but school will be starting soon, and educating is my #1 priority!

How I started

After several people recommend I start designing blogs, I've finally decided to pursue it!

I have always loved graphic design, and in fact, before I decided I wanted to be an educator, that is what I wanted to do. Back in the "olden" days, I would spend hours trying to perfect my MySpace and Xanga layouts, and create them for friends and strangers.

When I started blogging about a year ago, I knew that I would have fun creating my own design. That design has changed 4 times..and will probably change yet again, simply because I'm learning and perfecting my craft every day!

I do this as a hobby, but have decided to start charging, because I do spend a lot of time and effort into each one. I'm also going to be starting graduate school soon, planning for my wedding, so extra income would definitely help!
I'm confident that you will not find a designer as reasonably priced with as much quality. If you do, by all means partner with them.

I design with teachers in mind, but would love to work with anyone who's looking to spruce up their blog!
